As President of SD Industries, Ali leads a growing industrial manufacturing and specialty contracting organization serving clients throughout the United States.
His work focuses on company strategy, operational growth, manufacturing expansion, estimating, client development, project execution, and organizational leadership across architectural metals, structural and miscellaneous metals, specialty fabrication, signage systems, and complex construction scopes.
Through SD Industries, Ali continues to build a company focused on quality, reliability, execution discipline, manufacturing capability, and long-term client relationships.
Signs + Decal Corp.
Senior Project Manager | 2017 to 2022
At Signs + Decal Corp., Ali managed complex architectural metals, signage, glass, and specialty installation projects across commercial, institutional, transportation, and infrastructure sectors.
His role included estimating support, engineering coordination, procurement, fabrication oversight, logistics planning, installation management, and client communication.
This experience strengthened his ability to manage demanding project environments, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver schedule-critical work with precision and accountability.
Eastern Sign Industries, Inc.
President | 2000 to 2016
Ali founded and led Eastern Sign Industries, a manufacturing-focused specialty fabrication company serving commercial construction, institutional, and infrastructure-related markets.
He developed the company from the ground up, building systems for estimating, engineering coordination, production planning, procurement, fabrication, logistics, installation management, and client development.
This chapter shaped Ali’s foundation as a builder and operator, giving him hands-on experience in manufacturing systems, staffing, production workflows, client relationships, and business growth.
Exit Systems
President | 2005 to 2009
Ali founded and led Exit Systems, a specialized life-safety systems company focused on photoluminescent egress and code-compliant specialty systems for commercial and institutional environments.
He developed supplier relationships, installation programs, estimating procedures, subcontractor coordination, and market expansion strategies for code-driven construction sectors.
This experience added another layer to Ali’s understanding of specialty construction, compliance-based products, scalable installation systems, and practical business execution.
